At LLD Problems, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim for a fair and transparent refund process.

1. General Policy

LLD Problems offers a one-time purchase for Premium access. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted to all premium content (including solutions, diagrams, and code), all sales are final.

Once you have purchased Premium access and successfully logged in or accessed any premium content, you are not eligible for a refund. This strict policy is in place to prevent abuse of our digital content.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered ONLY under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems directly attributable to our service that prevent you from accessing the content, and our support team is unable to resolve them.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • If you have accessed any premium content (solutions, diagrams, etc.).
  • If you no longer need or want the product.
  • If you found a different product or service you prefer.
  • If you lack the necessary technical expertise to understand the content.

4. Refund Timeframes

Any request for a refund under the "Exceptions" clause must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase date.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (only for duplicate charges or unresolved technical issues), please contact our support team at lldproblems@gmail.com with your order details and a detailed explanation of your reason for the request. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 5-10 business days.
